The disaster recovery agency, NSW Reconstruction Authority calls on Ethan Indigenous to have their back.
The NSW Reconstruction Authority proactively reduces the impact of future disasters across NSW to help communities recover from them faster. The organisation works closely with emergency services and community leaders to understand what local communities need to recover.
RA has a dedicated focus on Aboriginal engagement, ensuring Aboriginal business and community are actively engaged for their wisdom and knowledge through disaster recovery.
Ethan Indigenous is relied on to provide an emergency tech hub for post disaster impacted communities. This included strict emergency response times that Ethan is bound by. This includes emergency internet, wifi, and computing for disaster impacted communities.
Program Director, Troy Thorne says “Ethan Indigenous commits to strict emergency service levels, conserving the land and community sacred to Australians. There’s an extra sense of satisfaction to be able to work on helping the lives of those impacted by these disasters. It’s the closest we get to being superheroes ”.
